Step into one of 12 inviting rooms and escape the stresses of the day with a wide range of on-site facilities such as a spacious communal kitchen and breakout area, 24-hour on-call management, super-fast wifi, a fully equipped laundry, climate control, and personal ensuites. We've got it all covered. Rent our fully furnished shared or private rooms that include all bills, internet, smart TV, study desks, bed linen, and kitchenware. Our large industrial common kitchen and entertainment area also allows you to meet new people. This is an all-inclusive style of co-living. Just bring yourself, and we’ll worry about the rest.

There is plenty to do in the area and great transport links to all the local hotspots. Make the days and nights as small or big as you like

HOW MANY ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have a total of 12 rooms, with a mix of twin share, private single or private double layouts to suit every preference and budget.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?
We prefer our leases to be for a minimum of 2 weeks but shorter stays are also available. You are welcome to stay for as long as you like!
DO I HAVE TO PAY A BOND?
We take a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent on arrival.
IS THERE ANY PARKING?
Street parking is readily available on Fern Place otherwise we have several secure parking spots for $70 per week.
DO YOU HAVE CLEANING FACILITIES?
We have a coin operated washing machine and dryer from just $3 per cycle. There are also communal ironing equipment available to keep you looking sharp.
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN MY ROOM?
Yes. We ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge, and your personal space clean and hygienic. We can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time.
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?
We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
