This is more than just a regular apartment. When you put interesting, smart, and enthusiastic people together in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Chicago, it’s bound to be amazing! You will have your own room, but you will share three bathrooms, a kitchen, two common rooms, and an experience. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for everyone to use. There are 5 fridges available to use by the residents (2 of them are located on the lower floor). Laundry is provided! Property description: - The lower floor has a bathroom, a laundry area, and a community room. - The first floor has a bathroom, a kitchen, and the second community room. - The second floor has 2 bathrooms and a laundry area. Note that we rent the room starting at each calendar month.

The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, arcades, art exhibits, and coffee shops! A 5-minute walk will leave you in front of the Chicago Blue Line, giving you easy transportation to Chicago's Loop, UIC campus, and the UIC hospital.

There are not allowed.
Is there parking on the property?
There is free parking on Francis street. Point street parking requires a permit. There is no private parking.
Do you have events?
Events are currently organized by the community itself. The community is allowed to host people inside the property and in the garden area as long as everyone consents to an event.
Are meals included?
We provide shelf and fridge space for your own groceries. The kitchen can be used for cooking, baking, prepping, or anything else.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, as long as you let us know with 30-days notice, we can extend your existing lease to fit you needs.
Can I pro-rate my rent?
We do not offer prorated rates for our rooms. We rent the room starting at each calendar month.
Can I move in on the 15th of the month?
Your lease will start on the 1st of the month, so you can choose to move in anytime within the month!
