Required fees
We charge a placement fee to cover the costs associated with securing your ideal living arrangement in our co-living community. This fee includes the administrative support for the application process, matching you with the right room, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. It also helps us maintain the high standards of our services, including flexible lease terms, resident support, and access to fully furnished living spaces.
$50 per month per person Utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are not included in the rent and are charged separately.
