Community fit

“Our community is designed for remote professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and intentional travelers who are looking for more than just a place to stay. Our typical residents value flexibility, connection, and a sense of belonging while living alongside people who share a similar lifestyle and mindset. The mission of our community is to create a supportive environment where residents can live, work, and connect in a meaningful way. We focus on building a culture of collaboration, respect, and shared experiences through thoughtfully designed communal spaces, regular community events, and opportunities for residents to engage with one another. Our goal is to provide not only comfortable accommodation, but also a genuine sense of community that makes each resident feel at home wherever they are in the world.”

Neighborhood

USC Area — University Park & Figueroa Corridor The USC Area, also known as University Park, is one of LA's most dynamic neighborhoods, centered around the University of Southern California campus. The area blends academic energy with urban convenience, offering easy access to the Metro Expo Line for quick trips to Downtown LA, Santa Monica, and beyond. Figueroa Street is the main commercial strip, lined with restaurants, coffee shops (think The 901 at USC, Trivia Cafe), bars, and essential services. The neighborhood has excellent grocery options including Trader Joe's and Ralphs, plus local favorites like the Original Pantry Cafe. For outdoor enthusiasts, Exposition Park offers the California Science Center, Natural History Museum, LA Memorial Coliseum, and green spaces for jogging or relaxing. The area is bike-friendly with growing protected lanes along Figueroa and Exposition Boulevard. The USC Area is ideal for students, interns, and young professionals who want walkable, transit-connected living without the premium rents of Westside neighborhoods. It's community-focused, culturally rich, and always buzzing with energy.
