About this coliving home
There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms; each room has a dedicated bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. The apartment has a washer and a dryer for your convenience, as well as high-speed wifi. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies!.

Community fit
We accommodate students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community!. Our leases are for a minimum of three months, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship. We host community events, such as mixers, to encourage tenants to get to know each other and feel part of a friendly and supportive community.

Neighborhood
Nestled between Frederick Douglass and Clayton Powell; you can be at the center of it all while still feeling like you’re away from it all. Perfect fit for Columbia University students, as the university is a short walk away. The neighborhood offers restaurants, shops, and exciting nightlife, including the legendary Apollo Theatre.

- • This is not a booking deposit. Any remaining amount is refunded after move-out according to the host policy.

Booking rules
- • Before we can confirm your booking, you will need to go through a quick application process. For US citizens, this includes filling out an online application and accepting a $20 screening. If your credit is not strong, you can use a cosigner.
- • If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
- • Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and the house rules.
- • The room you would like to book is not secured for you until the booking process is completed.
- • The entire process is quick and our staff will help you through it!
