Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
you don’t need to sign a long-term lease. We just require a short registration form that we’ll send after you make your reservation. If you have any questions about the registration process or your stay, feel free to message our team through the platform.
How many people will be living here during my stay?
The group will consist of a maximum of 7 people; however, everyone has their own private room and bathroom.
Do you host groups/retreats?
We sometimes organize small groups and retreats—it’s not very common, but we’d be delighted to welcome them when they fit in with our community’s atmosphere and schedule. Most of the time, residents organize their own outings and gatherings.
Are there any good restaurants nearby?
Yes — there are plenty of excellent places to eat near your new home. Within a few blocks, you will find casual taco spots, family-run restaurants serving local specialities, welcoming cafés for breakfast or brunch, and a few refined options for dinner. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available.

We are just a 7–10-minute walk from several bus stops, including Felipe Zetter and Avenida Enrique Ladrón de Guevara, with access to routes T10/C01, T10/C02, C104-1 and C104-2. Other nearby routes include C74, T11-A/C02, T11-A/C03 and C79. España station on Light Rail Line 1 is around a 28-minute walk away.
