Nestled in Umbria’s captivating landscapes, the villa offers a blend of history, luxury, and natural beauty. This 350-year-old restored farmhouse provides a unique retreat, combining traditional charm with modern comforts. Set on a serene 16-acre property with olive orchards, private patios, and hiking trails, guests can relax by the pool or enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area. The estate features four private, fully furnished apartments with cozy bedrooms, equipped kitchens, and spacious living areas, all adorned with rustic yet elegant décor. Exposed stone walls and large windows add authenticity to the space. Each apartment offers its own cooking area and personal space, ensuring privacy and comfort. Whether you're a remote worker, exploring Italy, or simply seeking companionship during your trip, we offer the perfect setting for deep connections and unforgettable experiences.

This villa offers a prime location for guests to venture into Umbria and southern Tuscany, just 5 km from Todi, a captivating hilltop town renowned for its medieval charm and stunning vistas. Todi enchants visitors with its medieval allure, adorned with historic sites like the Tempio di San Fortunato and panoramic views from Piazza del Popolo. Explore charming streets lined with great restaurants, quaint shops, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The capital of Umbria, Perugia, is 45 minutes away. It is well worth a visit, as is the famous town of Assisi (1 hour), birthplace of St. Francis and a site of pilgrimage. Over the border in Tuscany, Montepulciano (40 minutes) makes an interesting day trip. Here you can visit many different wine producers and try some of the famous red wines and buy some to enjoy at home. The closest airport is at Perugia (50 minutes drive), and Rome airport is about 2 hours away. A comfortable travel bus takes you from the airport directly to Todi with only one stop in Rome Center.

- • A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of reservation to secure the rental.

- • Besides the security deposit, you must pay for a final cleaning fee of €140.00 (21% IVA taxes not included).
- • Note that we will need a copy of your photo ID as soon as your payment is done on the platform.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand that travel plans can vary, so please share your needs with us! We strive to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when possible. Just reach out, and we'll see what we can arrange!
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Absolutely! You can extend your stay if we have availability. If you need to shorten your stay, just let us know at least 30 days in advance so we can find someone else to enjoy the space. Please keep in mind that cancellations made on-site are not refundable. We're here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
We love having a friendly atmosphere! You're welcome to have visitors, but we ask that you let us know in advance. We're happy to work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
What is the policy on alcohol?
We have a relaxed policy on alcohol in our community. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks in shared spaces, but we encourage everyone to be respectful of others and drink responsibly. Cheers!
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our coliving space. We appreciate your understanding and hope you find a great place that suits your needs!
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes, you can definitely split the rent with your partner or a friend! Just keep in mind that there may be an increase in pricing depending on availability. We look forward to welcoming you both!
Is there a designated space for work?
You will have plenty of spaces to work: in your private room, on your balcony or terrace or any outdoor places (pergola, garden, loungers). And with creativity, you can move small tables wherever you want. The wifi signal is everywhere
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You'll be sharing the home with like-minded individuals who are also looking to experience co-living in Italy. Our community is diverse, and you'll find people from various backgrounds, all eager to connect and share experiences while enjoying the vibrant culture together.
Will I have privacy?
Each apartment is designed with your comfort and privacy in mind, featuring personal spaces and kitchens. If you choose to share an apartment, you'll have the choice between the bedroom for privacy, or the sleeper sofa in the living area. The living area including the kitchenette as well as the bathroom is a shared space. We strive to create a balance between community and personal comfort.
