Required fees
A mandatory final cleaning fee of €100 applies, charged only once per stay. This fee covers professional cleaning and sanitization of the accommodation after check-out, ensuring high standards of hygiene and comfort for all guests.
Optional services
Private parking space available on request for €60 per month. The parking area is located within the property and offers convenient access for residents and long-term guests. Subject to availability.
For stays of just a few days, a daily rate can be agreed upon with the property management. However, it remains mandatory to verify the identity of all guests for the required administrative notifications.

Will I have privacy?
Absolutely. You’ll have plenty of privacy during your stay. Each guest has a private space to work, relax, and sleep independently. Shared areas are available if you’d like to socialize, connect, or network with others, but participation is always optional. Your comfort, privacy, and personal space are fully respected throughout your stay
Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally not allowed. However, very small pets (around 1–2 kg) may be accepted upon request if they remain in a carrier at all times and are not left unattended in the room. Additional pet fees may apply and are confirmed before booking. Please contact us in advance so we can review your request and confirm availability.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes, you can share your accommodation with a partner or a friend, provided the selected room or apartment can accommodate the total number of guests. Additional guest fees may apply. For safety reasons and in compliance with Italian regulations, all guests must be declared before arrival and registered at check-in with a valid ID.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes. Guests have access to comfortable work-friendly spaces with Wi-Fi and areas suitable for remote work and productivity. Many accommodations also include a desk or dedicated workspace, allowing you to work comfortably and efficiently during your stay.
