This fully furnished 5-bedroom co-living apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful renovated 'Altbau building located in the trendy Eimsbüttel area. The apartment has a shared kitchen with a dining area, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet plus an extra guest toilet Each bedroom is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully furnished, featuring a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair, ensuring both comfort and functionality. For added convenience, bicycle parking is available in the basement, along with a shared laundry area equipped with multiple washing machines and dryers. Laundry services are provided for a small fee. - A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members! As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
