This fully furnished 5-bedroom co-living apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful renovated building located in the trendy Eimsbüttel area. The apartment has a shared kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and stove-top. A dining area, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet plus an extra guest toilet. All bedrooms are spacious and bright and are fully furnished including a 140 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe and a desk with desk chair. Bikes can be parked in the basement. There is a shared laundry space with multiple laundry machines and dryer in the basement where you can do your laundry against a small fee. A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships. To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members! As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

The building is located in the trendy Eimsbüttel and is close to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Eimsbüttel is located in the western part of Hamburg and is known for its diverse neighbourhoods, green spaces, and cultural attractions. Eimsbüttel is characterized by a mix of residential and commercial areas, making it a popular and lively district. The district is home to various parks, such as the popular "Eimsbütteler Park" and "Weiherpark," providing residents and visitors with green spaces for recreation. Eimsbüttel also features a range of shops, cafes, and restaurants, contributing to its vibrant atmosphere.
