Each private bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a desk and chair for working or studying, ample storage space, and a private lock for added security. Bathrooms are modern and functional, featuring a shower and sink. All charges are included in the rent, covering electricity, water, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing for a hassle-free living experience. Residents also benefit from a range of services, including weekly cleaning and maintenance, regular delivery of essentials such as coffee, olive oil, detergent, and toilet paper, ongoing support and assistance, a dedicated house ambassador, and monthly community events that help foster a welcoming and connected coliving environment.

We welcome everyone. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes. Think sport or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures — and plenty of resident-led ideas. Our events are all about connection, fun, and discovering new passions together.
