A community hub comprising 11 floors of studio-style bedrooms, over 19,000 sqft of shared amenities, and a rich programme of daily wellness classes designed to support your journey towards self-actualisation and deeper community connection, all in one seamless fee. This property is a living playground for personal growth and connection. We have included everything we could think of to help you work, create, relax, and feel good. This includes a wild spa surrounded by a kitchen garden with saunas, ice baths, and a tipi; a gym; communal kitchen and dining room; elixir bar; live music stages; yoga shala; movement studio; screening room; podcast and recording studio; graphic design studio; co-work; and so much more. Our studio-style rooms are lovingly designed as private havens, to counterbalance our shared spaces. Every room is bespoke; choose from 7 different categories and 4 different themes based upon the natural elements of earth, water, fire, and air. There are carpets made from recycled bottles, bespoke artworks, terracotta tiles, and patterned headboards. Choose from different features, such as dining areas, breakfast bars, and dressing tables.

Are pets allowed?
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. Therefore, we have a no-pet policy to create a welcoming environment for all.
Is there a designated space for work?
You’ll find plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your needs for the day. We offer a wide range of co-working areas that are available 24/7, so you can work whenever it suits you.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You’ll be sharing the space with a diverse and welcoming community of like-minded people. Our members come from a mix of professional and creative backgrounds, including young professionals, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Everyone values respect, consideration, and community living, so you can expect a calm, sociable, and supportive environment where people are mindful of shared spaces and one another.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability. If you give us enough notice, we’ll do our best to assist and accommodate your request. Please contact the team in advance so we can confirm what’s possible.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Absolutely, you can extend your stay with us, depending on availability! Unfortunately, once a booking is confirmed, we can’t accommodate shortening stays. If you're considering an extension, feel free to reach out to our team, we're here to help!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
You’ll need to sign a booking and licence agreement before or at check-in. This outlines the terms of your stay and helps ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and the community.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
We love it when you have guests and are happy for them to enjoy our welcoming common areas with you. All visitors must sign in at reception on arrival.
How far is it to the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Heathrow Airport, easily accessible by public transport via the Elizabeth Line from nearby stations. On the Elizabeth Line, Heathrow Airport is around 5–7 minutes from Hayes & Harlington Station, depending on the service. It’s a very quick and easy journey, with direct trains running frequently throughout the day.

We also offer a complimentary shuttle service for our members, running on weekdays with convenient pickup and drop-off between Hayes & Harlington Station and &Soul.
