We offer: Co-living Studios Size: 16 sqm Rent: From 8,099 SEK/month The rent covers access to all shared areas, including the work lounge and gym. Electricity and water costs are billed based on your actual usage. Wi-Fi can be added for 219 SEK per month. What information do I need to supply for the application?
To apply, we kindly ask you to provide a few details: your desired move-in date (which should be the first of the month), proof of employment or income, a copy of your passport, and your current address and phone number. If you have a Swedish personal identification number, please include that as well. We look forward to welcoming you!
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand that travel plans can vary, and while we strive to accommodate our guests, we typically cannot allow early arrivals or late departures. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to welcome you at the designated times!
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
You can extend your stay, depending on availability. Just let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. We want to make your experience as flexible and enjoyable as possible!
