Required fees
The service package is always € 145 per month. -House shared shopping, we buy this in bulk and bring them to the house so you don't have to. This includes selection of tea / coffee / spices / oil / condiments / toilet paper / cleaning products / laundry detergent and more. Groceries and milk are not included. - The utility portion covers electricity/water / 500/20 MBits wifi mesh network which gets steady connection in all the rooms and shared areas, even out by the pool) /maintenance of all amenities. - Cleaning of shared areas. No cleaning wheels, scrubbing toilets, piling up bins, We don't have a butler, you still have to clean after yourself (like pots, or load your cups n dishes to dishwasher), having others in mind.

Friends visiting, staying in your room are kindly requested to contribute to some of the shared expenses. This fee is smaller, at 145 over the winter months (15th Dec - April 1st)
Community fit
There's no typical community member in our community, as we love fun and value different qualities that people have. However, usually, the person is between 25-45 years old, a digital nomad, or an entrepreneur. We have a few people who are already residents of Malta and, therefore, live with us for +6 months, so they work for Maltese IGaming companies (including working from the office). We value an open mind, ambition, creativity, motivation for work, having things done together with witty humor, a relaxed approach to life, and having fun socializing.

Neighborhood
In the neighborhood, you can find all you need: a few convenience shops just around the corner, a Lidl supermarket 6 minutes away, a 20-minute walk to the seaside, and a nightlife area full of bars, pubs, and restaurants. Just in front of the house, an olive tree garden is located, along with an open-air public gym. Peace and quiet are within very walkable distance of the main cities, the seaside, and all attractions.

Frequently asked questions
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?
Couples are always welcome. Every room has a big double/queen or king-size bed to get a comfortable sleep. The price is always per room occupied by one person, in the case of another person there is an extra fee of €75 per month. We love to have friends around too, although we don't have a room with twin beds available so the friends are welcome to book their own separate rooms to make the stay the most comfortable.
Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?
Most of the rooms have their own desk and chair suitable for work but there is also a coworking area available with desks, chairs, plenty of sockets, and AC to make the work productive and comfortable even during the summer.
Who are my roommates?
Fellow tenants are manually selected, motivated, ambitious and fun people trying to live a relaxed remote life and working on their own business and professional goals.
