Frequently asked questions
Will I have privacy?
Absolutely! The level of privacy depends on the room type you choose. Private rooms offer your own personal space, while our shared rooms are designed to give each resident comfort and privacy, making them a great option if you'd like to connect with others while still having space for yourself.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes! We'd be happy to host you together, as long as the room's maximum occupancy isn't exceeded. Please be advised that extra fees may apply.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes. Every room includes a dedicated workspace, and you're also welcome to work from our shared common areas whenever you'd like a change of scenery.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Our community is made up of people from all over the world, including digital nomads, remote workers, entrepreneurs, creatives, students, and long-term travelers. Most residents come looking for a balance between productivity, wellness, and meaningful connections, creating a friendly and respectful environment where it's easy to feel at home.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
We'll ask for some basic information about you, including your contact details, planned length of stay, and the purpose of your visit. Depending on your booking, we may also ask for a copy of your passport or ID before check-in.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We welcome people who respect others, enjoy community living, and are looking for a peaceful and healthy environment. Our goal is to create a positive experience for everyone, so we review each application to make sure it's a good fit for our community.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available, depending on room availability. Just let us know your travel plans in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes — you can usually extend or shorten your stay. If you'd like to stay longer, we'll be happy to help if your room is available; pricing depends on availability and extra fees may apply. If you need to shorten your stay, please let us know as early as possible so we can discuss the available options and any applicable fees.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
For stays of one month or longer, yes. We ask residents to sign a simple accommodation agreement that outlines our house guidelines and helps ensure a smooth stay for everyone.
