Will I have privacy?
Yes. Each resident has their own private apartment, fully equipped for comfort and independence. At the same time, you’ll have access to beautiful common areas — perfect for connecting, relaxing, or sharing moments with the community.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but generally, they aren't allowed. However, we do make exceptions for certified emotional support animals or medical companion animals with the right documentation. If this applies to you, please let us know in advance!
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
bsolutely! You can definitely split the rent with your partner or a friend. Our cozy apartments are perfect for two, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. We look forward to welcoming you both!
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes! Each apartment has a comfy spot to get work done, and we also have a shared coworking area surrounded by jungle. It’s the kind of place where you can focus, get inspired, and maybe bounce ideas around with another nomad over coffee.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
It’s not a shared house — each person has their own private apartment. But you’ll be surrounded by travelers from all over: digital nomads, musicians, creatives… people who are here to slow down, connect, and be part of something special.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
Just the basics — your full name, preferred dates, email and a short intro about you (what you do, where you're from, and what brings you to Tulum). We love getting to know a little about our future guests!
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We look for kind, respectful, and open-minded people who vibe with our values of creativity, community, and conscious living. Whether you're a remote worker, artist, or traveler — all good vibes are welcome.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
If the apartment is already clean and ready, early check-in is totally fine. For late check-out, there may be a small extra fee depending on how long you need and whether the apartment is booked later that day. If you arrive earlier than expected, you're always welcome to hang out in our common area while we get everything ready for you.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
If you’d like to extend, no problem — as long as we have availability, we’ve got you. If you need to shorten your stay, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 2 days before check-in, since last-minute changes affect future bookings.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
No long-term lease is required. We keep it simple with a digital agreement that covers your stay and keeps things clear for everyone.
Do you accept co-signers?
In most cases, we don’t require a co-signer. But for longer stays or special cases, we might ask for one — just to keep everything clear and secure for everyone. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure, we’re happy to help.
Is there a Credit Score required?
Nope — we don’t require a credit score. What matters most to us is who you are and how well you vibe with the community, not your financial history.
