Air-con and heating is always free and is set centrally at 26 degrees (We operate a fair use policy). This setting is fine for 90% of our guests. However as we have people from different climates, we offer additional options: A) 23 degrees there is a surcharge of €25 a month B) 20 degrees is €50 a month. C) Heating 29 degrees is €60 a month We found this to be the fairest option for all to keep the average room cost lower for all.
