Studsgade Home II

This is a compact and super functional apartment which has been completely refurbished in 2022. Entrance to a small entré from which there is access to all rooms in the apartment. Room 1 and Room 3 each have their own private balcony. The kitchen is placed in the center of the apartment, it's modern with all necessary appliances, a dining table and a TV. The bathroom has a good size with a separate shower niche and built-in washer and dryer.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships. To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members! As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

The building is located on the Fredensgade in the middle of Aarhus' historic and iconic city centre, with it's small, narrow streets and crooked houses. The water canal 'Aaen' is a stone's throw away and in summer this is the perfect spot to go for lunch, coffee break or hang out with friends after work. Within walking distance you will also find the main train and bus station, the main shopping street 'Strøget' and all other attractions in the centre of Aarhus. The building has a shared storage area. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard.
