This is a compact and super functional apartment which has been completely refurbished in 2022. Entrance to a small entré from which there is access to all rooms in the apartment. Room 1 and Room 3 each have their own private balcony. The kitchen is placed in the center of the apartment, it's modern with all necessary appliances, a dining table and a TV. The bathroom has a good size with a separate shower niche and built-in washer and dryer.

Neighborhood
This building is located on the Fredensgade in the middle of Aarhus' historic and iconic city centre, with it's small, narrow streets and crooked houses. The water canal 'Aaen' is a stone's throw away and in summer this is the perfect spot to go for lunch, coffee break or hang out with friends after work. Within walking distance you will also find the main train and bus station, the main shopping street 'Strøget' and all other attractions in the centre of Aarhus.
