Neighborhood
With peaceful Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park on your doorstep, you can take a relaxing wander along the Regents Canal, or browse Primrose Hill High Street, full of boutique shops and cosy brunch spots. For a true local favourite, book a table at Lemonia, serving up traditional Greek cuisine to the neighbourhood for over fifty years. Frequently asked questions
Are pets allowed?
We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets aren't allowed at Primrose Hill, except for assistance dogs. We appreciate your understanding!
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes! We have thoughtfully designed spaces where you can focus and be productive. These areas are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, making them ideal for remote work or studying.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You'll be sharing with a bunch of like-minded young professionals, typically between 25 and 35—think ambitious, friendly, and probably juggling a coffee in one hand and a laptop in the other. It’s a great mix of people who value their own space but also enjoy a chat over coffee (or wine) in the communal areas.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We like lovely people who are interested in living in a community and love to take care of their space.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We are super flexible, and we want our guests to have a seamless move-in and move-out experience. Just let us know if you need to arrive earlier or leave a bit later, and we will be more than happy to help.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Yes, visitors are welcome—both during the day and overnight. We just ask that you’re considerate of your neighbours and that guests don’t become unofficial roommates. It’s your space to enjoy, just keep things respectful.

Can I book additional cleaning?
Yes, absolutely. Weekly cleaning is included, but if you’d like a bit of extra help, you can book additional cleaning for an extra fee. Just let us know when you need it—we’ll take care of the rest.
What types of shared spaces are there?
At our Primrose Hill location, there are thoughtfully crafted communal spaces, perfect for relaxing or connecting and a modern kitchen, fully equipped for effortless cooking for one or many. You can take advantage of our peaceful garden, and stretch out in our yoga pavilion at your leisure with mats, blocks and blankets provided.
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?
While we don’t offer airport pick-up and drop-off services directly, we can help you find local transportation options to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible.
What are the nationalities of the other residents?
Our community is wonderfully diverse, with residents from all over the world! You’ll meet people from a mix of countries, creating a vibrant, multicultural atmosphere where everyone’s welcome.
What is the average length of stay?
We welcome both shorter and longer stays, depending on what works best for you. Most of our guests stay anywhere from 1 day to a year. Whether you’re here for a quick city stint or settling in for a while, we’ve got you covered.
