Also a 5-minute walk away is 33 St station, where you can catch the 4 and 6 trains, and 34 St-Herald Square, where you can get the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, and W trains. Those who work at the United Nations Headquarters or NYU Langone Health have a 15-minute walk to work. The Neighborhood If you’re seeking inspiration and culture, the Morgan Library & Museum is just a 5-minute walk from the Park Avenue House. Bryant Park is also within walking distance, full of new adventures and seasonal activities. Madison Square Garden, known as the world’s most famous arena, is less than a 20-minute commute away, meaning concerts and sports events are a breeze to commute home from.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
