We offer new smart coliving apartments for individuals aged 20 to 35 at an affordable package price—all essentials are included. At this property, you will have your own bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. In addition, every apartment shares modern and spacious areas, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and more. **THE COLIVING APARTMENT** • The private rooms are partially furnished, which means they include a bed with ample storage, wardrobes, and a ceiling lamp. This allows you, as a tenant, to add your personal touch to the room. Each room has a private bathroom, and there is also a shared bathroom in the apartment. • Common areas consist of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and balconies. • The common areas are fully furnished, including furniture and cutlery, ensuring a smooth and easy move-in process. All co-living apartments come with a dishwasher. **COMMON ASSETS** • Hangout: a common area for all co-livers that offers lounge spaces, workplaces, and opportunities for joint events. • A laundry lounge with several washing machines is located near the hangout and is shared by all residents in the hub. • Bicycle storage room.

It is a self-run community operated by the residents, supported by our head of community, Emma. We welcome everyone, regardless of where you're from or who you love. We are kind to one another and respect each other. The community consists of a good mix of men and women, both international and Swedish individuals, as well as young professionals and students.

A short bike ride from the city, in the southeastern outskirts of Gothenburg, you will find Kallebäck, which is part of Örgryte. This former dairy area, with a mile-wide view of Gothenburg, is now being converted into the residential community Kallebäcks Terrasser. In addition to housing, you will find everything from restaurants and shops to cafes, gyms, and workplaces. Here, you can also enjoy nature on the adjacent Lackarebäcksberget and in Delsjön, which is just a stone's throw away.
