Living here feels like staying in a boutique property without the annoying early check-out. Each space has been created to inspire the residents and bring them to rest. On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall with the beautiful original tiled floor. Adjacent you will find a beautiful open space with the living room, kitchen, and dining room. On the first intermediate floor is a toilet with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, we find the first room with a queen-size bed, closet, and desk. Next to it, we have the first master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, queen size bed, and desk. On the second mezzanine floor, we find the bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Next to the bathroom, we find another master bedroom. Finally, we have a room over the entire attic floor with a surface of 25m². The following amenities and services are included: - Chill out and dining area. - Cleaning (common areas). - Fast WiFi. - Shared fully equipped kitchen. -Heating. - Netflix. - Outdoor space. - Parking (chargeable). - Terrace.

We apply an additional 10% fee for the city tax, which is calculated based on the total amount of your entire stay.
Monthly Contribution for Common Groceries: Every month, a contribution of €10 is required from each tenant to cover common expenses, which include garbage bags, dishwasher detergent tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen cleaning products. These funds shall be submitted to the house manager.
