Z train at Myrtle Ave subway station or L at Dekalb Avenue Subway Station. - Furniture included: bed, mattress, dresser, TV, closet, curtains, desk, chair, sofa, kitchen table. - On the same block as cafes, restaurants, gym, bars. 10-minute walk to the best park in Bushwick (Maria Hernandez park). - Monthly cleaning: $30 - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
