About this coliving home

- RESERVATIONS MUST START AND END ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH. - RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF MOVE-IN DATE. - WE DO HAVE SOME ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN. - Bright bedroom with high ceiling in Bedstuy, right on Van Buren St and Throop Ave (3.5 blocks from Bedford Ave). Room has a HD TV, dresser, desk, chair, Wifi and a large closet. - Duplex apartment, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. - 12 min walk to G train, 16 min to C train, 29 min to Manhattan, 2 min walk to Herbert Van King Park. - We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy. - $30 monthly cleaning - Restaurants, cafes, bars, salons are 5 minute walk. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
