Room has a HD TV, dresser, desk, chair, Wifi and a large closet. - Duplex apartment, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. - 12 min walk to G train, 16 min to C train, 29 min to Manhattan, 2 min walk to Herbert Van King Park. - We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy. - $30 monthly cleaning. - Restaurants, cafes, bars, salons are 5 minute walk. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
