Furniture in living room: sofa, kitchen table, TV. - Just 3 minutes away from R, N, W trains, 11 minutes to B and Q trains, 13 minutes to 2, 3 and 4 trains. It’s a 15-minute ride to Manhattan. Only 4 blocks away from Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time fee for inspection, cleaning, and admin costs).
