Building with rooftop access. - 3 min walk to G train, 11 min to J, M, Z trains, 18 min to Manhattan, 25 min walk to Fort Greene Park. - We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy. - $30 for monthly cleaning. - Restaurants, cafes, bars, salons are 1 - 3 minute walk, you are in the center of a popping neighborhood. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
