Living room: sofa, coffee table, HD TV, kitchen table. - 1 minute walk to J, Z, M trains (21 minutes to Manhattan) - Centrally located, minutes to restaurants, cafes, salons, gyms, laundry - Location: Madison St and Bushwick Ave in Brooklyn - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
