Behind this stately classical style house is a three story home in Koreatown with a central stairway that cuts through the center of the house with multiple skylights. The stairway unites all levels by providing common gathering spaces at each landing. The first floor is an open kitchen/café that opens to a large outdoor deck and yard space. The second floor is a lounge with an outdoor deck that overlooks the rear yard. The third floor is a cozy, sun lit, converted attic space with lounging and sleeping nooks.
