Additionally, the property boasts a lovely garden and a terrace, which will soon be the site of a gardening project. Occupying the second and third floors, with a 24-hour coworking space on the ground floor, we offer a warm and welcoming environment where you can connect with like-minded professionals from around the world, as well as local residents. This space serves as an excellent starting point for your digital nomad experience in Korea and a gateway to exploring further into Asia, with its workcation programs in Korea and Japan. Managed by the Digital Nomads Korea community, this coliving space is designed to foster a sense of community among both local and international remote workers and digital nomads through a variety of engaging events and activities.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.

Although we love pets, we are considering other residents who may have allergies and such.
Will I have privacy?
Absolutely! We offer four private rooms for those who value their own space, along with a shared bedroom that has bunk beds, each with curtains for added privacy. Our common areas are designed for everyone to enjoy while respecting each other's space.
Are there any good restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby! You'll find a variety of options within a short walking distance, offering everything from local cuisine to international dishes. It's a wonderful area to explore and enjoy delicious meals!
What public transportation is available?
Just a 10-minute walk from our community, you'll find Hongdae station! It connects to over three lines, making it super easy to explore all that Seoul has to offer. We can't wait for you to discover the city!
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Absolutely! You can extend or shorten your stay based on our availability. Just let us know at least a week in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. We want to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, you'll be signing a residency agreement with us. This helps ensure that everyone is on the same page and contributes to a harmonious living environment. We're excited to have you join our community!
