The house has three levels, a sunny terrace almost all year round, with sky TV on the common terrace and a kitchen with dining areas. The real estate has been renovated and adapted with ecological products. The house is large as it has three levels, with high ceilings, a beautiful terrace with sun almost every day of the year which can be used to relax or as a place of recreation, on the first floor has a kitchen with a long dining room to share, we also took care that no room lacked natural light and ventilation. The entire property has been renovated and adapted so that the negative impact we generate to the planet is minimal, through a huge solar heater, water saving showers that are more than enough to have an efficient and pleasant bathroom, new toilets with ecological certification that use little water compared to the old ones, appliances and lighting bulbs are designed to save electricity.

We are a Coliving near Coyoacán. It is located 20 minutes walking distance from Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul, being close to the Cineteca Nacional. The Zapata subway is a 10 minute walk away and in the area there are shopping malls (Plaza Universidad, Patio Universidad, Mitikah, etc.), supermarkets, the Santa Cruz Atoyac market, as well as pharmacies. We have several hospitals nearby, the General Hospital Xoco is a 10 minute walk away, the 20 de noviembre hospital is 2 km away, hospital ángeles universidad, hospital Adolfo López Mateos etc.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged depending on our availability. We always strive to accommodate our guests' needs, so feel free to ask us about your specific situation!
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
During the day you can have two guests with prior notice to the host but during the night it is not allowed, this in order to respect the space and silence of the other guests in the house. If there is an exception for an event for everyone, we will let you know in advance. Thank you very much for understanding.
Are all rooms furnished?
Yes, all our rooms are furnished to ensure your comfort! You'll find cozy beds, spacious closets for your belongings, and in most rooms, a private desk for your work or study needs. We want you to feel right at home!
Any meals/snacks included?
Currently, we do not provide meals or snacks, but we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and enjoy snacks with fellow residents!
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?
Yes, we clean the private bedrooms once a week as part of your rent. We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and tidy space to relax in!
What are the laundry options?
We have a convenient washer-dryer available for all residents to use. It's a great way to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay!
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not offer airport pickup or drop-off services. However, there are many convenient transportation options available nearby to help you reach us easily!
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?
Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. It's a great place to prepare your favorite dishes and share cooking experiences with others in the community!
Can I work in the communal area?
Absolutely! Our communal area is a great place to work, connect with others, and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. We encourage you to make the most of the space!
Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?
Yes, our common areas are cleaned twice a week to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. We will also need your help to keep the house clean for all other days. We want you to feel at home in our community.
How many people will be living here during my stay?
