We offer coworking spaces with great internet connection, a gym for functional training, a semi-Olympic pool, social areas where you can share experiences, and food tailored to your preferences. We put our soul and local knowledge to offer activities to remember. Every one of our rooms has a private balcony to relax after a busy day. We offer a WeWork-style co-working space with an excellent internet connection and a printer, and superb connectivity throughout the communal areas. This all comes with kind and professional in-house staff, including cooks that prepare healthy meals with locally grown and mostly organic ingredients. We offer various dietary needs and restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, etc.) and will have your taste buds buzzing at every meal. Our house offers the perfect set-up to meet high-level fitness enthusiasts' demands and those seeking relaxation. We have a gym with a resident coach, equipped with the main CrossFit elements (barbells, dumbbells, climbing ropes, Olympic rings, rack, boxes.) and a large covered space with scenic views ideal for practicing yoga.

Our typical resident is an active person who enjoys nature, outdoor sports, and working out. This is not imperative as you can opt in and out of daily activities such as Fitness or Yoga. Many of us, however, are specialized in certain practices (triathlon, kitesurfing, endurance, pool) and enjoy sharing new disciplines and techniques with each other. Our only requirement is that our guests have a cool and laid-back attitude. This ensures a great vibe and will help create unforgettable memories in the space.

Located between the cities of Barranquilla and Cartagena, Santa Veronica is connected in a maximum of 90 minutes to two international airports (International Airport Rafael Nuñez in Cartagena and Ernesto Cortissoz Airport in Barranquilla). Santa Verónica is a small beach town and community where you’ll find 2 mini supermarkets for anything you need, and some restaurants if you want to experience other local options ! In Santa Veronica, Salinas del Rey is one of the best kitesurfing spots in South America for several reasons, starting with its strong and constant winds, perfect wave conditions to venture into the world of waves, spectacular downwind routes between the emblematic cities of Barranquilla and Cartagena. From our space, you’ll get access to our private beach, so you can start riding less than 2 minutes away from the house, and come back just in time for lunch.
