Our rooms are designed for individual living, so each bedroom is reserved for one resident. This helps us ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable, balanced, and high-quality coliving experience.
Is there a designated space for work?
Every room includes a desk and chair for focused work, and you'll also find comfortable work-friendly areas throughout the shared spaces—perfect for studying, remote work, or collaborating with others.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Our coliving community is made up of people from different backgrounds, cultures, and professions. Residents are typically students, young professionals, and remote workers who value a social, respectful, and connected living experience.

What types of shared spaces are there?
On the fourth floor, residents can enjoy the main communal areas: a large fully equipped kitchen, two TV lounges, and spacious, bright areas designed for relaxing, working, or connecting with fellow residents. Large windows and abundant natural light make this floor the heart of the community.
