All our rooms have a work desk and ergonomic office chair, as well as a private bathroom inside equipped with towels, paper, and soap. You'll love this residential but quiet and safe neighborhood, full of trees, birds, and squirrels. There are a variety of groceries and commerce a few steps away, and we're also so close to VIVA Envigado shopping mall, Envigado main park, Otraparte cafe, "Calle de la Buena Mesa" (a street with more than 20 good restaurants), gyms, and the list continues... Our location is ideal, and you'll have easy access to all kinds of public transportation. We’re just two blocks from Las Vegas Ave. and El Poblado Ave. in each direction. From these two streets, you will have access to many bus routes that can connect you to any corner of our city. Additionally, we are only a 15-minute walk from the Envigado station of the Medellin metro system.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Thank you for your interest in our community! Currently, our setup is designed for solo housemates, so splitting rent with a partner or friend isn't possible at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you soon!
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We understand that travel plans can vary, and we strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times. If you need to arrive early or stay a bit longer, just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Yes, visitors are welcome! They can stay until 10 PM on weekdays and until 11 PM on weekends. For everyone's safety, we ask that all visitors send their ID to the host before entering. Please note that there may be an extra charge for overnight stays.
Can I lock my bedroom door?
Yes, you can definitely lock your bedroom door for added privacy and security. We want you to feel comfortable and at home in your space!
Is the neighborhood safe?
Yes, the neighborhood is safe! We have security personnel present all around the neighborhood throughout the night, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for everyone. You can feel at ease while enjoying your stay with us!
Are there any good restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby! Just a short 5-minute walk will take you to Calle de la Buensa Mesa, a vibrant food street with lots of options. Additionally, there are various restaurants and shops just three blocks from home, making it easy to explore and enjoy delicious meals!
What public transportation is available?
Our location is ideal for accessing public transportation. We are just two blocks from major avenues with various bus routes and only a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Whether you choose to take the bus, taxi, or metro, popular destinations are easily reachable within 20-30 minutes.
