Ideally positioned at the center of urban conveniences and just minutes from the TGV station, our Lyon residence is perfectly served by public transport, with the D metro line just 200 meters away, making all your travels within the Capital of the Gauls easy. Booking rules
- • To finalize your request, we'll need you to provide a copy of your ID and proof of income, such as a payslip, employment contract, or tax notice, after you've completed your online booking. Please be aware that a booking fee of €250 will apply. Additionally, if the documents you provide do not meet our criteria, we may be unable to confirm your reservation.
- • Typically, only one person is listed on the contract. However, if you need to add a co
- • signer or a second occupant, our team is available to assist you in creating a certificate of stay.
- • For stays longer than 28 nights, a contract outlining the terms of your stay will be signed between you and us. For stays shorter than 28 nights, an invoice will serve as the basis for our commercial relationship.
- • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and we will do our best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- • We'll be delighted to assist you at every stage and answer any questions you may have!

Are all rooms furnished?
Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?
Yes, your private room is cleaned once a month (with a change of sheets and towels) to ensure your comfort. We kindly ask you to help maintain this welcoming atmosphere by tidying up any additional mess.
Any meals/snacks included?
Meals and snacks are not included, but you will have access to a well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. In addition, there is also a restaurant available right inside the hotel!
Can I book additional cleaning?
Yes, we offer an additional room cleaning service on request! Simply let us know your requirements and our team will be happy to take care of it, or you can request it directly on the Bikube app. We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?
Yes, we have a superb shared kitchen where you can prepare your meals! We simply ask that you clean up after yourself so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant space. Otherwise, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette right in your apartment. Bon appétit!

We understand that not everyone has a perfect credit history, which is why we don't require credit scores for our shared spaces. Our aim is to create a welcoming community for everyone!
