Welcome to our community-based Ranch & Retreat. Our land combines cozy Eco-friendly cottages, community kitchen and horse riding tours all in one space. We provide a unique living experience for travelers, volunteers and long-term residents who contribute to the ranch, care for the horses, and take part in sustainability-driven projects. At your free time you can take horse back riding tour from your location and choose among numerous routes according to your interest. From our current project, we can offer guests the opportunity to participate in hands-on construction workshops where they can learn fundamental building techniques. These sessions are designed to be engaging and educational, providing insights into sustainable construction practices and the basics of cottage building. Cottages are nestled on the edge of the property, each designed to offer a distinct and special stay. We have taken great care to construct the cottages primarily using natural materials. Many elements, including structures and furnishings, have been handcrafted using recycled materials, making the space cozy and authentic Our ranch is situated in the small historical town of Dusheti, just a 40-minute drive from Tbilisi, offering beautiful views of both the city and the mountains. Our place has been established with a deep love and passion for horse riding by four mountaineering friends from Ion, inviting everyone to experience the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

Our property was established by four close friends with a shared passion for mountaineering and a desire to reconnect with nature beyond the confines of city life. Rooted in this vision, our community fosters a deep appreciation for the natural world and animals. Today, Giorgi and his family are living on the land along with young volunteers and international guests. Our daily life is calm and grounded in connection and collaboration. Mainly meals are prepared and shared in a communal kitchen and during evenings we love playing chess and drinking coffee. We believe that our love for horses offers a unique opportunity for connection and we hope it becomes a meaningful part of the shared living experience we offer our guests.

Dusheti is a quiet town with a population of around 7,000 people. It features a charming café called Altro, known for its pizza, as well as several supermarkets. We are located just 10 minute drive from Bazaleti Lake and only 40 minute drive from Tbilisi. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the scenic hills above our club through guided horseback tours suitable for all experience levels. Popular destinations include Ananuri, Bazaleti, and Mgliana. (Please note that these activities are not included in the rental price)
