The mansion has been completely renovated with respect for the authentic soul of the house. The house exudes peace, serenity, and comfort. The ground floor consists of a beautiful living room, with a reading corner and TV lounge, a kitchen with all built-in appliances, and a dining room. You will also find a garden with a dining area, sitting area, and a swimming pool. On the first floor, you will find a study room and a first bathroom. On the second floor, you will find two more bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Lastly, you can find a laundry room in the basement. Monthly Contribution for Common Groceries: Every month, a contribution of €10 is required from each tenant to cover common expenses, which include garbage bags, dishwasher detergent tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen cleaning products. These funds shall be submitted to the house manager.

The house is located next to the Koningsplein, 5 minutes from central station. The neighborhood is cozy and lively. On the Koningsplein we find many cozy restaurants, be sure to try coffee bar Vigo’s for the best coffee in town or the Beerlovers Bar for perhaps the most numerous beer assortment in Antwerp. You will also find numerous shops, supermarkets, bakeries and a library within walking distance.
