We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our community. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
We understand that sharing costs can be appealing! However, each room is rented to one person only, even if it has a double bed. Only one person can hold the lease and occupy the space. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you soon!
Is there a designated space for work?
No, there isn’t a common workspace, but each room is equipped with a custom-made desk designed to provide you with the calm and comfort you need to work.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
In our beautiful shared apartment, the majority of residents are first- and second-year students from around the world, along with some young professionals.
