We are a regenerative living lab by the ocean in Ericeira, created for seasoned entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and changemakers who want more than a place to stay, and proud winner of the global Coliving Awards 2025. Here, co-living, co-creating, and co-thriving come together in a curated community that values their business as much as their well-being, contribution over consumption, and deep conversations over small talk. With a minimal monthly stay, a business-ready workspace, and strong rituals like communal dinners, sharing circles, and our Sacred Work Lab experiments, residents land, root, create, and grow in connection with nature, themselves, and each other. If you are building something meaningful and want to live in close contact with sun, surf, and a supportive peer group, this is your home base by the ocean.

Arthur, Olivier, and Jasper founded this project to create a slice of paradise. Our community attracts impact entrepreneurs, nomads seeking greater balance, and those who want to enjoy the fantastic surf and vibrant scene known for its conscious and well-being events. At the house, we host weekly yoga sessions, people exercise together, and, in collaboration with Soul Kitchen, we organize events and local gatherings. Join us in building this dream together!

In nature with ocean views, but still close to the city. The house offers picturesque views of Ericeira across the valley. You can find numerous trails along the cliffs on the doorstep, and the surf beaches of São Julião and Foz do Lizandro are only a 10-minute walk, making hikes, trail running, and sunset surfs your daily outdoor routine. With a 40-minute drive from Lisbon and its airport, it offers convenient access to the big city.
