Room has a HD TV, dresser, desk, chair, Wifi and a large closet. - 8 min walk to A and C trains, 5 min to 2 and 5 trains, 21 min to Manhattan, 7 min walk to Prospect Park. Experience NYCs second best park. - Franklin Avenue a walkers paradise, renowned for its hip eateries, mom-and-pop shops. We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy. - Laundry in basement, apartment has 2 bathrooms, access to the rooftop with beautiful views. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
