Beautiful modernist apartment designed by Miquel Pascual i Tintorer, completely renovated and preserving original period details such as the hydraulic tile floors and the Catalan vaulted ceiling. Located in Sant Andreu, a quiet and traditional neighborhood in Barcelona, just a 3-minute walk from the Sant Andreu metro station (L5), on a street surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and entertainment options. The apartment has been renovated and features: - Designer furniture - Fully equipped kitchen - High-speed Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps) - 55" 4K TV - Coffee machine - In-house washing machine - Weekly supply of hand and dish soap, cleaning products, trash bags, kitchen paper, and toilet paper - Private balconies - Prime location - Locks on all rooms The apartment is very bright and has 4 double bedrooms and 1 spacious full bathroom. All rooms have very comfortable beds, a desk for teleworking or studying, a mirror, and a ceiling fan. Our apartment on Pons i Gallarza Street is one of the best apartments to rent in Barcelona. Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service. Please Note: Check-ins outside our regular working hours are subject to an additional fee. Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50 On holidays or between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM: €90 This is just to ensure everything is clear and transparent before your arrival.

Required fees
In the last month of the contract, a final cleaning fee of €125 will be charged. This includes a deep cleaning and disinfection of the entire room, as well as the fridge and pantry.
Our welcome fee (€275) covers the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental agreement, check-in at the accommodation, and the supply of two pillows, two cushions, a duvet (provided during the autumn-winter season), a blanket, a set of sheets, and two towels.
Optional services
In the event the tenants are a couple, the rent will be increased by €375/month, including up to €65 in monthly utilities (water, electricity, and gas), a weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap, and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance, and 24-hour assistance by a community facilitator.
Community fit
The age range of our Colivers is between 19 and 35 years old, including both men and women from all around the world. All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. In general, our community consists of people pursuing master's degrees and/or working professionals.
