Our space is a house of 250 m2, fully furnished, made of spacious and bright single rooms with all the amenities you need when arriving in a new city. We are located in the historic center of Valencia, on one of the most beautiful streets. There is a mandatory Operational Pack, which includes amenities, bed linen, towels, and the final cleaning of the check-out.

Consumption expenses that, in addition, will be applied in case of excess consumption above the 120 euros covered in the rent, to each member of the house individually
The second person must pay a monthly surcharge in rent and consumption expenses.

Next to metro and bus stops. Located in the considered "Golden Mile" of Valencia.

- • Minimum stay: 1 month

Security deposit

- • This is not a booking deposit. Any remaining amount is refunded after move-out according to the host policy.

Booking rules
- • The check
- • in will only be carried out if the customer has signed the accommodation agreement with us. To fill it with your data, you will be asked for your passport. It is not mandatory in Spain yet.
- • Lastly, along with the signing of the contract, the bank's proof of the income of a security refund corresponding to approximately one month's rent is requested.
- • Overnight stays of more than 2 days are not allowed without charge per month. See cost of overnight stays of guests from the 3rd day onwards.
- • Explicit authorization is required for events on the terrace, in common areas, or in private rooms (if there are more than 2 people).
- • The terrace and its adjoining chillout area, elevator, entrance hall, and basement of the building are shared.
- • We like to know the expectations and needs of the colivers before their move to the property in order to help them with their experience with us.
- • Minimum accommodation contracted for one month and always for full fortnights (i.e. from the 1st to the 30th or from the 15th to the 15th of the following month) and a security deposit of one month that will be returned at the end of the contract after supervision and checking of the tenant's room.
