Community fit
This residence offers a living environment where experience, growth, well-being, health, and learning are naturally connected in everyday life.
It is not simply a place to stay, but a space designed for those who want to live with intention — to step into a new environment, build routines, and make their time in Barcelona meaningful. Rather than a short, fast-paced stay, it is suited for people who are looking to slow down, stay longer, and create a more grounded daily life.
Here, residents experience new cultures and people, learn through daily interactions, and grow through that process. With an on-site language academy, shared spaces, and weekly activities such as yoga and running, the environment supports both personal development and physical and mental well-being.
The focus is on continuity over short-term experiences, and meaningful connections over one-time interactions. Within this environment, residents are able to learn, experience, and grow at their own pace.

Frequently asked questions
Will I have privacy?
Yes — and here, privacy is not something you compromise on. You’ll have your own private studio with a bathroom and kitchen, so there’s no need to share essential spaces with anyone else. That already removes one of the biggest pain points people usually experience in coliving. Your personal space is clearly separate from shared areas like the gym, rooftop, or coworking spaces. So you can easily switch between being social and having your own quiet time, depending on how you feel. At the same time, the community side is completely optional. There are events and shared spaces if you want them, but nothing is expected. You can keep to yourself as much as you like. Overall, it feels much closer to having your own apartment than living in a shared flat. It’s designed for people staying longer, so you can settle into your own routine without constantly adapting to others.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes — it’s possible, but only in certain room types. If you choose a Premium Studio, you can stay with your partner or a friend and split the cost. These spaces are designed for two people, so it works comfortably. For Single or Comfort studios, they’re intended for one person, so sharing wouldn’t be an option.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
It’s not a home-sharing setup, so you won’t be sharing your actual living space with others. That said, you’ll naturally meet a mix of people in the common areas and through events. Most residents are international — students, young professionals, and digital nomads staying for a few weeks to a few months. So while you still have your own private space, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with people from different backgrounds if you feel like it.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
We're excited you're interested in joining our community! For your application, you won't need to submit any special documents upfront. Just bring a valid ID to check-in, and it should match the name on your reservation. Easy peasy!
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
It depends on availability, but it’s often possible. If you arrive earlier or need to leave later, you can usually leave your luggage at reception and use the common areas in the meantime. Early check-in or late check-out might be arranged as well, but it’s subject to availability on the day. The best approach is to check in advance or ask at reception — they’ll try to make it as smooth as possible for you.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
We strive to keep things simple! You just need to agree to our online Residents Terms, so there's no paperwork or traditional lease to worry about. We want to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible!
Do you accept co-signers?
We're happy to share that co-signers are not needed! The booking itself serves as your agreement, making the process simple and straightforward without any extra paperwork. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

When/how will you refund my security deposit?
Your security deposit is refunded after check-out, once the room has been inspected. As long as everything is in good condition and there are no damages or missing items, the deposit will be returned to your original payment method. The exact timing can vary slightly, but it’s usually processed shortly after your departure.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Yes, visitors are allowed during the day. You’re welcome to have guests in your room or spend time together in the common areas, but visitors need to leave by 10:00 PM. This helps keep things comfortable and secure for everyone living in the building.
