Community fit

From the moment we set foot in Bordeaux, we knew we had found our new home. The city's charm, culture, and sense of community spoke to our souls, inspiring us to create something special for young professionals. Driven by a desire to provide affordable housing and foster a sense of belonging, we opened two vibrant co-living houses in Bordeaux. These spaces aren't just places to live – they're vibrant communities where like-minded individuals come together to support each other, share experiences, and thrive. Our co-living houses offer modern amenities, cozy common areas, and regular social events, creating an atmosphere that feels like home. Whether it's enjoying a glass of Bordeaux wine on the rooftop terrace or collaborating on projects in the communal workspace, there's always something exciting happening. Through our co-living houses, we've created more than just a place to stay – we've created a haven for young professionals to grow, connect, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Bordeaux has given us so much, and we're grateful for the opportunity to give back. Our residents include both local and international young workers. All of them want to fully enjoy Bordeaux's vibrant lifestyle and aspire to a community lifestyle that secures the needed respect, privacy, and quietness for all tenants. We aim to maintain a balance between men and women. We welcome students, with a limit of two students per house.
