This shared apartment is located on Pau Claris Street, in an elegant historic building just steps away from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, and the city’s main cultural and shopping attractions. Perfectly connected, it is less than a 5-minute walk from the Urquinaona (L1 and L4), Passeig de Gràcia (L2), and Plaça Catalunya metro stations, which also connect to RENFE and FGC trains, making it easy to move around the city and beyond. You’ll also be within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Palau de la Música, Barcelona Cathedral, Santa Caterina Market, and the bustling shopping area of Portal de l’Àngel. Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service. The age range of our Colivers is between 19 and 35 years old, including both men and women from all around the world. All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. In general, our community consists of people pursuing master's degrees and/or working professionals.
