Located in the center of the bustling surf town of Playa Jaco, our coliving is a private tropical oasis for digital nomads. Our sprawling property is shaded from the hot Central American sun thanks to large mango trees, tall palms, and other beautiful tropical flora. Here you will feel right at home—our motto is "mi casa es su casa," and we really mean it. Our family-style common areas are great for gathering, hanging out, and making long-lasting friendships. With 7 private rooms and 1 dorm, our boutique property can host up to 18 people.  All rooms have a ceiling and a floor fan. Guests will enjoy both the comfort of a private room and the communal experience of coliving.  We welcome digital nomads from all over the world, so get ready to meet some amazing people! Check out these killer property amenities: 100 meters from the beach, high-speed internet, BBQ, fire pit, billiards table, outdoor gardens, Smart TV, sound system, fully equipped kitchen, shared living spaces, workspaces, private office, cafe on-site, free coffee, simple breakfast served daily, gated property, and night guard. Bustling with surf, sun, and action, Playa Jaco is a famous surf town in Costa Rica.  Surrounded by lush tropical rainforest, Jaco’s black sand beach is protected by two rocky points on each end. This protection blunts the power of incoming swells, making Jaco a great beginner and intermediate surf spot. We offer surf lessons, surf camps, and surfboard rentals.  Beachgoers will enjoy the incredible sunsets, the palm-tree-dotted coast, and the flying scarlet macaws. Located right in the center of the country’s Pacific Coast and a mere hour and a half drive from San Jose, Jaco is within driving distance of all major attractions in the country.  As a major location for both national and international tourism, Playa Jaco offers many more conveniences than other beach towns along the Pacific Coast – grocery stores, farmer’s markets, restaurants, bars, gyms, shops, and more are all within walking distance.
