Old Brick is a beautifully renovated building of over 600 m², located at Oudesteenweg 108 in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, public transport, and Antwerp Central Station. The building consists of spacious studios, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette—offering residents privacy, comfort, and independence. Exceptional shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a dining area, dedicated workspaces, and a cozy lounge—all designed to foster connection and well-being. The community will primarily consist of international expats and young professionals who value comfort, design, and meaningful connections. All common areas will be professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. The building is currently undergoing full renovation and will officially open its doors in September 2025. Please note: The images shown include photos of our current projects and community events. The final images are early design renders of Old Brick. This will be Antwerp’s most prestigious co-living project, combining high-end living with a strong sense of community.

We apply an additional 10% fee for the city tax, which is calculated based on the total amount of your entire stay.
Monthly Contribution for Common Groceries: Every month, a contribution of €10 is required from each tenant to cover common expenses, which include garbage bags, dishwasher detergent tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen cleaning products. These funds shall be submitted to the house manager.
