This spacious property features 11 fully furnished rooms, including 3 master bedrooms, 5 standard bedrooms, and 3 flex rooms. Each room comes equipped with a comfortable bed, a small closet, and a study table, making it perfect for working professionals and students. Our residents enjoy well-established common areas, ideal for relaxing, socializing, or working. The property is well-connected to public transit, making commuting a breeze. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for everyone.

Required fees
We charge a placement fee to cover the administrative costs involved in matching residents with the right property, ensuring a smooth move-in process, and providing ongoing support throughout your stay. This fee helps us maintain the high quality of service, including personalized assistance, flexible lease options, and the amenities that make your co-living experience comfortable and convenient.
$50 per month per person Utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.) are not included in the rent and are charged separately.
