Welcome to our tranquil and picturesque property, the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. Our guests are immediately struck by the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In addition to our natural surroundings, we offer a professional music studio that has been used by artists from around the world. Guests can rent the studio at a reduced price during their stay, and we hope to host jam sessions, recording sessions, and concerts in the future. For those who love the outdoors, we offer hikes in the surrounding mountains and the option to rent a buggy to explore the area's mountain roads. Our main house features 15 rooms, while the property as a whole boasts a total of 36 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 4 kitchens, and 2 roofed outdoor areas, as well as 9 fireplaces to keep you cozy on chilly nights. In the garden, guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including minigolf, sand volleyball, and fotbal golf. There's also a dam stocked with over 100 goldfish, as well as plenty of private spaces for relaxation. We even have about 80 grape vines and 30 fruit trees, as well as areas for growing your own vegetables. Come and experience the beauty and tranquility of our property.

Pickup is at the train station in Xàtiva. We are happy to pick you up on your first arrival. Taxis are about 15 euros.

This part of Spain is green, and we are 154 meters above sea level. Barxeta and Genoves are within walking distance. Xàtiva is 9 km and a nice cycle trip; it's the former capital of Valencia. 400+ climbing routes in a 15-minute drive around the house. 25+ minutes to Taverna Beach or to the Valencia city border. Train from Xativa to Valencia and Alicante. Alicante and Valencia are about an hour's drive away. Madrid and Barcelona are approximately 4 hours away by car, or 1.5 hours away by train from Valencia.

You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
